1. Tuition Payment Policy

• Monthly Billing: Tuition for Taekwondo lessons is billed monthly. Students pre-pay for the upcoming month of training at the start of each billing cycle.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Once billed, tuition is due irrespective of class attendance. As such, fees are non-refundable and will not be adjusted due to external commitments, illness, injuries, vacations, or inclement weather.

• Consistent Commitment: This structure helps us maintain stable class schedules and deliver high-quality instruction to all our students.

  
  

2. Extended Absence and Enrollment Management

• Planned Extended Absence: If you anticipate an absence of one month or longer, please notify us via email or text at least 30 days in advance.

• Enrollment Pause & Security Deposit: In these cases, we offer a temporary pause on enrollment during your absence. A deposit equivalent to one month’s tuition will be held to secure your spot in your respective program. Upon your return, this deposit will be applied toward the tuition for the returning month.

  
  

3. Short-Term Absence Adjustments

• Absences Up to Two Weeks: For planned absences lasting two weeks or less, a 30-day notice is required via email or text. This notice allows us to adjust your tuition schedule appropriately without imposing unwanted charges.
